• WELL LED-How are staffing levels maintained during busy periods

• We look at the policies which need creating, which can no longer simply copied from the internet. Each policy is unique to you.
• We train your staff, so they know exactly what to say when the inspector comes and they have the confidence to do it.
• If your QOF is low, we show you ways how to explain to the Inspector why, without getting penalized.
• Are you up to date with new requirements such as GDPR and Immunisations
• We work along side clinicians and admin staff without creating much disruption to your work.We even work weekends.
• We have Doctors and admin staff on our team.
• Has your practice manager gone, we can provide interim practice manager's on the day of the inspection.
• We also offer a free consultation where we tell you where you are likely to be rated in each domain, based on a detailed audit report we carry out for you.
